March 2017 Newsletter

Published on 1st March 2017

Dear All,

Here at Integrated Body Dynamics we’ve been settling nicely into the swing of 2017. The last month has involved lots of planning and organising and we are excited to share some of those things with you all now.

NEW CLASSES

  •   Mara Vivas, of Wednesday Evening Pilates fame, is starting a second class on Tuesday evenings, term time, from 8.30pm – 9.30pm here in the clinic. For a Pilates class that emphasis flow, with focus on breath and ease of movement, leading to a more integrated use of the body and improving strength and flexibility, please contact Mara directly: 07715 563 144 , mara.vivas@gmail.com .
  •   Calling all wannabe yogis! We have a brand new 5 week Beginners Yoga Course starting next Wednesday evening, 8th March 7pm - 8pm, with the lovely Rosie Marwick. The class is a Hatha flow class, with lots of pelvic and core stability work as well as yoga energetic work, with a focus throughout on creating a space for healing in the body. There are 4 places still available so don't miss your chance! £10 per class. Contact Rosie on 07415 383 428, or at rosiemarkwick@hotmail.co.uk for more information.

OSTEOPATHY WITH JUSTIN

The time has come! After 4 years of intensive study, Justin begins the transition this month from Sports Massage Therapist to Osteopath. For an osteopathic consultation with Justin, it will be £60 for 60 minutes, and then £50 for any 40 minute follow up appointments. However, you will be able to use any existing discount packages you may have towards a treatment with Justin, and concessionary discount rates still apply. If you have any queries about Osteopathy, what kind of treatment you need, or how this change may affect you, give us a call on 020 8347 0888.

HOLIDAYS

A few of our therapists are going on holiday this month, so it might be worth booking an appointment with them sooner rather than later!

  •   Claudia is going to visit her family in Italy for a week between the 14th and 21st of March, returning to work on Saturday 25th.

  • Rob and Justin are undertaking another long distance walk in support of Rob’s charity Walking to Save Dogs. They will be walking the Jurassic Coast, 95 miles from Devon to Dorset, between the13th – 21st March, with all 7 dogs in tow. For more information about the walk, the charity, or to donate in support of their efforts, visit Rob’s website here.

We are hoping this month to be able to unveil to you our newly updated website! With development still in progress behind the scenes, we have also been revamping our Facebook, Twitter and Instagram pages. Please show your support by liking and following our pages! We hope soon to be running some competitions and discount schemes via our social media, so better make sure you’re connected unless you want to risk missing out!
