Mondays      9.30am - 10.30am Pilates with Marla

 

Tuesdays      7pm - 8pm Yoga with Billie Woodcraft

                            8.30pm - 9.30pm Pilates with Mara Vivas

 

Wednesdays   7pm - 8pm Yoga with Rosie Markwick

                               8.30pm - 9.30pm Pilates with Mara Vivas

 

Thursdays   10am - 11am Pilates with Tamsin

 

All our Yoga and Pilates classes are small (up to 5 students per session) so our instructors are not able to run them as "drop-in" sessions.  Participants are therefore asked to commit to a block of either a term or a half-term of weekly classes.  Each instructor keeps their own list of participants, so please contact them direct to find out if there are any places available.
