Mojo Yard’s instructor Billie Woodcraft, is a massage therapist and yoga teacher with nearly 10 years experience. She’s well known for her breathtaking pop up classes on Tower Bridge. Billie is also a qualified NCT breastfeeding counsellor and mum of two energetic boys.
MY Pregnancy Yoga Tuesday evenings 5.45pm – 6.45pm
This intimate pregnancy flow class focuses on poses that energise and restore both mind and body. You will learn breathing techniques and movements that can help you manage the physical changes you’ll experience during this special time and prepare you for labour.
This class can help you stay healthy, be flexible and make you feel strong and calm. It’s also a great chance to meet other local mums to be and spend time connecting with your growing baby. This class is for all levels of experience but we encourage women to rest in their first trimester and then join us.
MY Yoga Flow 7pm – 8pm
Mojo Yard teaches a dynamic style of vinyasa flow. During this class you will move seamlessly from one pose to the next in time with your breath.
This flow class is for all levels. It will improve your fitness and well-being, as well as leaving you feeling calm and relaxed.
