Hi All,

So here we are again at the start of another month, and what a lovely month it has been so far!

OUR NEW WINDOWS

This month we treated ourselves to a little facelift, and had some brand new window posters fitted. Be sure to check us out as you walk past, as we’re feeling pretty fresh…

RETURN OF THE MASSAGE THERAPISTS

Not as ominous as it sounds! As you may have noticed, many of our therapists went on holiday in June, but we are glad to have Jen, Justin, Rob, Alla and Claudia back in the clinic during their regular hours. If you missed them last month, don’t miss your chance to see them in July. As well as all the holiday-makers, our lovely Katja Klotsko returned to work after baby number two last month, and is settling back into the Integrated Body Dynamics routine nicely. If you missed Katja while she was away, she is back in her usual slots on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, as well as Wednesday mornings.

CLASSES

We have a new Thursday Lunchtime class starting in September: Mindful Movement with Charlotte Seirberg. Click here for more information.

There are also few highly sought after places available in our Pilates classes. From September, Marla’s class on a Monday morning will have a space for one more person, and Mara’s Tuesday evening class is also not completely full at present. A few of the classes are operating on a drop in basis to fill empty spots, but if you would like to commit to a term's worth of classes one of our instructors will hopefully be able to offer you a spot! For more information about any of our classes and instructors, visit our website here.

JENNY’S SPONSORED WALK

It seems sponsored walks are contagious around here, and after Justin and Rob took on the Jurassic Coastal Path for Walking to Save Dogs in March, it’s now Jenny’s turn to give it a go. She’s been training for this Saturday’s event where she and three friends will walk 22.3 miles of the (very hilly and challenging!) path for Macmillan Cancer Support. There’s still some time left to help Jenny reach her target of £250, and donations of any amount are welcome! Please visit her JustGiving page here to donate.

That’s it from us this month, so all the best, enjoy the sun and we look forward to seeing you for another treatment soon!
