All our Yoga and Pilates classes are small (around 5 - 8 students per session) so our instructors are not able to run them as "drop-in" sessions. Participants are therefore asked to commit to a block of either a term or a half-term of weekly classes. Each instructor keeps their own list of participants, so please contact them directly to find out if there are any places available.
