Biography:

After I gained my qualification as a Mat Pilates Teacher, I started my work experience teaching in group classes at health clubs and gyms, namely at The Hogarth Health Club, Fitness First, Yogahaven and PureGym.

I love teaching Pilates. Pilates to me is a good balance of the control mind and body, whilst building from on your core strength or as Joseph Pilates say – building from our power house outward.

I love teaching the Classic Pilates and the challenges that come with it. From time to time, I also like to switch things up and teach the modern style pilates. I think it’s great fun to be a little playful and creative at the same time.
