Thursdays: 9.15am - 9pm
Saturdays: 9am - 5.30pm

Sports and Remedial Massage, Holistic/Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Cupping Massage, Hot stone massage.

Biography:

Alison brings a genuine warmth and care for people to her work as a therapist.  In the past, this has led her into various practitioner roles within the Public and Charity Sector, working therapeutically with service users as well as training professional organisations within the sector. 

Alison firstly enrolled at the College of Naturopathic Medicine, then continued her training at Integrated Body Dynamics' sister school Accredited Massage Courses, where she completed ITEC Level 3 Diploma in Massage, using Swedish techniques, taught by Robert Donkers and Justin Johnson.  She is trained in Holistic/Swedish, Deep Tissue, Pregnancy Massage and Cupping.  Alison has further continued to develop her training with the school and has completed the ITEC Level 4 in Sports and Remedial Massage. Alison also has an Award in Education (Level 3) and teaches CPD massage training courses at the Richdale's Institute in West London. 

She believes that massage should not be seen as a luxury, more as a way to leading a healthy, balanced life.
