Zofia's Bio

My name is Zofia, and I’ve been associated with IBD for several years, firstly as a student of holistic massage and sports massage, I’ve now been a member of the clinic team for over two years. 

Cooperation with great therapists and participation in training is very important, however, in my opinion, working with the client is the most important as it’s when I learn the most. All the experience and knowledge I’ve acquired over the years of training allows me to use a wide variation of techniques such as: working on deep tissues, fascial massage, trigger point therapy, breathing techniques, muscle energy technique and dry cupping. 

My speciality is Manual Lymphatic Drainage which I would like to explore more and learn about Decongestive Lymphatic Therapy. I like to share my knowledge and advise my patients on how to take care of their body and health. Everyday, I learn, and I’m looking for inspiration to make my work not only effective but also interesting for my patients.

I’m  influenced by the Jin Yoga that I practice, this has a great influence on my therapeutic work with the patients. I like to be active, my favourite sport activities are running and kettlebell training, but I also like long walks, all kinds of journeys, I love listening to podcasts, reading books and I enjoy gardening.
