March was a relatively quiet month for us news-wise at Integrated Body Dynamics, as many of the team took themselves off on holiday. However, this doesn’t mean we don’t have anything to tell you!
We are extremely excited to announce that our new website went live yesterday! It’s been a long time coming, and we are still ironing out the last few creases, but we hope our clients present and future will benefit from, and enjoy our new online presence. We’ve updated all the information about our prices and discounts, descriptions of osteopathy, all our massages and therapies, as well as new information about our team, classes and more.

EASTER OPENING HOURS
You maybe happy to hear we aren't entirely closing over the long Easter weekend.
We are open as usual on Good Friday (although Lisa won't be here), and on Saturday 15th April both Jenny and Alla will be here until 5.30pm. We have quite a bit of availability on these days, so do get in touch.
We will however be closed on Easter Sunday and Easter Monday - which hopefully you can forgive us for, as we are usually open 7 days a week!
When we opened 7 years ago, Google was fairly limited in its options for listing businesses. For this reason, Integrated Body Dynamics was registered with Google as a Medical Clinic. However, Google has since added the option to list our clinic as a Massage Therapist, which we feel is more appropriate and relevant to our services! However, in moving our business listing, we have lost our ‘Google Rating’ which we now have to build up from scratch. One of the quickest ways to boost our Google Rating is if any of our lovely clients would be so kind as to leave us a Google review. You can do this by clicking here.
We would be extremely grateful to any of our clients and friends who could take the time to leave us a review, and we would also publish your words (with your first name only) on our brand new website.
ALISON HINTZEN WORKING HOURS
Our lovely Alison Hintzen’s busy schedule is filling up, and from the 18th April she will no longer be working at Integrated Body Dynamics on Fridays. However, she will continue to be here on Monday evenings, Thursdays and alternate Saturdays, and has recently taken on Wednesday afternoons from 2pm – 5pm. So never fear, you will still have plenty of chances to get your Alison Hintzen Massage Therapy fix!
ROBERT AND JUSTIN’S WALK
You may recall, or have seen online that Robert, his sister Daisy and Justin were fundraising for Rob’s charity ‘Walking To Save Dogs’ last month by walking the 100 mile Jurassic Coast Path. They successfully completed the walk and have already raised approximately £800 for their cause in this effort alone! However, it’s never too late to support Rob in his campaign against the dog meat trade: visit www.walkingtosavedogs.com for more information.
Here’s to another great month, and don’t forgot to follow us on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. (& the links do work this month – sorry about that!)
