Concessionary Pricing is available for students and over 65s. Concessionary prices also apply to any bookings made in line with our Birthday Discount and Refer-a-Friend discount policies.

Refer-A-Friend Discount

Is Your Therapist Amazing? Refer a Friend for a £10* Discount. Tell your friends, family or colleagues about your therapist, and we’ll give them a £10 discount on their first treatment. And as a thank you, we’ll give you £10 off your next treatment too!
Just ask them to quote your name, and the name of your therapist when booking and your discounts will be applied. You can refer as many friends as you like and you’ll get a £10 discount for each one. So the more people you refer, the more discounted treatments you can have! It’s a win-win-win situation. Please call to make a booking and payment over the phone for the discount to be applied. 

*Offer only applies to full price 1hr treatments and may not be used in conjunction with any other discounts, including the multiple treatment discount packages or the discount for the over 65s.

Birthday Discount 

We like to celebrate as much as anybody else, and so as a birthday treat for all of our clients, you will recieve a birthday email from us, giving you £10 off a full price one hour treatment of your choice!

*Please note that this offer is only valid for up to six weeks after your birthday. If you are already on our concessionary rate, please note that you will be exempt from this offer.

First Time Client?  Please note that upon booking your first appointment with us, you will usually be asked to leave the payment for your first appointment up front. This is because we are an extremely busy clinic, and we find that 40% of first time clients simply do not show up if they haven't paid in advance, and we just cannot afford for that to happen. Also, taking the first payment up front allows us to easily add your details into our online systems and confirm your appointment with your therapist. After the first visit, this will not be necessary again, you will be more than welcome to pay on the day of your appointment. We can take upfront payment by card over the phone, or by cash or card in person at the clinic.

Cancellation Policy:

Clients are advised that in booking an appointment they are reserving a Therapist's time exclusively for their treatment. We require 24 hours (1 working day's) notice of cancellation of any appointment to avoid incurring the full cost of the booked treatment. The clinic reserves the right to charge for missed appointments and appointments that are changed or cancelled at less than 24hours' notice
