Pregnancy Massage

Pregnancy massage is a gentle therapy tailored to support the body’s changing needs. It helps relieve tension, reduce swelling, and promote relaxation throughout each stage of pregnancy.

*Please note that pregnancy massage can be only performed after 13 weeks of pregnancy.

While pregnancy is one of the most wonderful times of a woman’s life, it is also physically and emotionally very demanding.

The profound changes brought on by the hormonal cocktail play havoc with posture and the back and neck muscles. It is an exciting time but also, especially for first time mums, quite daunting.

What better way to help alleviate the physical stresses and strains than a soothing and comforting massage!

For each trimester, the physical challenges are different. Pregnancy massage offered by Integrated Body Dynamics, takes this into account. Mum-to-be will leave the massage feeling relaxed, refreshed and looking forward to the wonderful miraculous arrival.

Practitioners all work differently and somw work deeper into the muscles when performing pregnancy massage. Make sure to inform your practioner of your preferred pressure.
