Pilates with Marla Ezer

Pilates was developed by Josef Pilates as a form of rehabilitation. Marla teaches mat classes at Integrated Body Dynamics.

I’ve been working in the fitness industry for over 35 years. I started teaching aerobics, step and body pump, but for the last 19 years I’ve been teaching Pilates. I first qualified with Polestar and then subsequently with Body Control. I also practise yoga in my spare time and sometimes use elements of this in my classes.

I love what I do and feel grateful that I have a job that keeps me fit and healthy, both physically and mentally. I’m equally grateful that I can bring those benefits to people who attend my classes.

Pilates is a wonderful way to lengthen & strengthen your body in a mindful & holistic way. It’s gentle on your body, great for your posture and helpful for back pain .

Classes: Monday mornings 9.30am – 10.30am
