Zofia has healing hands . My massage was strong and essential . I felt really good after, as though Zofia had put me back together. Neck and shoulders felt especially less tight and destressed. I’m going back.

I booked a last minute appointment this week due to extreme neck pain. I managed to get an appointment with Alla and just wanted to say how happy I am with the treatment I received from Alla. She initially focused on my sore neck and then worked wonders with my poor old sad feet. I can now stand straight and move my head freely, and my feet feel more flexible. I will definitely book with Alla again as part of a body maintenance plan.

I was given an hour massage as a gift. The centre felt clean and modern, and the receptionist was welcoming and professional. I was given my massage by Zofia. Wow! It was the best massage I’ve ever had! She was very responsive to my body’s condition and needs, and very thorough. She was gentle when needed and firm when appropriate. I felt completely at ease and trusted her to do what what was right for my body. I felt it went deeper than just the body, affecting my psyche and energetic system. I liked her choice of music too. The massage made me feel very good in my body, which is such a joy.

I just want to pass on my thanks to Alla. I had a massage with her on Thursday at 5:15 and after months of being in pain and unable to sleep properly, I have enjoyed a great amount of relief as a result of the treatment I received. It’s now Sunday and I am still feeling the benefits of the massage.
