Integrated Body Dynamics is the best place I’ve discovered in a long time.

Throughout my pregnancy I’ve struggled with all sorts of aches and pains, insomnia, anxiety and general physical strain. The team has worked magic on my body and really helped me as I’ve progressed through this pregnancy.

Alla is such a talented massage therapist. She has regularly restored my body back to peace and is so friendly, kind and professional. Her massages are thorough, relaxing, just the right pressure and total bliss.

Justin is a fantastic osteopath and relieved my back pain with ease. He is so thorough and knows exactly how to help and provide relief. He provided me with excellent advice to help me through the physical challenges of pregnancy and is such a friendly and interesting person to speak to during sessions.

I’ve been having massage with Zofia for years and she really has a gift. She is extremely talented, experienced and has a natural intuition on exactly what my body needs. I’ve recommended her to many others and my husband also goes to her and they feel the same. I’ve seen her when pregnant, post natally, when I had lower back pain and when I was at my strongest and she’s really helped me through all of these stages. She isn’t always easy to get an appointment with as she’s often booked up but she’s worth it :) I find buying a 3 pack of hourly sessions is reasonably priced too. I’ve had massage and physio with others at integrated body dynamics when Zofia isn’t around and they are also great. There’s nice gifts for sale in reception too 👍

I used to get incredible massages from Rob on a more regular basis for an injury I suffered in the past. However, I have not needed treatment for some time until recently… I have been having a lot of pain and tension in my shoulder and neck so I booked in to have a few treatments (massage and acupuncture). After one massage my symptoms have significantly improved, I feel much more relaxed and I am now eagerly awaiting my next treatments. Integrated body dynamics is a lovely, locally run business and I would highly recommend their services, especially Rob’s!
