Cranial Osteopathy

Cranial osteopathy is a gentle, hands‑on therapy that uses subtle techniques to diagnose and treat the whole body, with a focus on the head, spine, and sacrum.

Cranial Osteopathy was the brain child of Dr William Garner Sutherland (1873-1954).  It links the cranial bone movement to health and the treatment is a gentle and non-invasive approach to enhancing and supporting health regulating processes in the body.

Cranial Osteopathy follows the Osteopathic Principles and the osteopath is guided by the subtle movements of the tissues, to improve fluid dynamics and enhance physiological processes.

People of all ages can benefit from this form of treatment.
