I have been practising as an Osteopath since graduating grom the University College of Osteopathy in January 2017, (formerly the British School of Osteopathy). I’m registered with the General Osteopathic Council (compulsory for all Osteopaths) and a member of both the Institute of Osteopathy and the Sutherland Cranial College of Osteopathy, where I’ve continued my professional develo0pment through numerous post-graduate courses.

My approach blends both structural and cranial osteopathic techniques, tailored to suit each individual patient. Whether you have an acute problem or a long-standing condition, I customise every treatment to your specific needs and preferences.

One of the most rewarding parts of my work is the time I spend with patients – between 45 and 60 minutes. This allows time to discuss their problem in detail, as well as treatment. I’m always happy to help patients understand the results of blood tests, MRI scans or x-rays, especially when time with your GP might be limited.

Like many Osteopaths, this isn’t my first career. For the seven years prior to qualifying as an Osteopath, I worked at Integrated Body Dynamics as a Massage and Sports Massage Therapist. During that time, we also ran a successful training school for Massage Therapists. For twenty or so years before that, I worked in radio and then television as a freelance Production Manager, making documentaries and dramas.
