Hello All, and a rather belated Happy New Year to you from all of us here at Integrated Body Dynamics. As we’re sending this out nearly at the end of the month we’re keeping it short & sweet!

Therapists updates

Our lovely Alla is still enjoying new motherhood. We haven’t managed to tempt her back yet, but in her absence all our talented and wonderful therapists continue to work their magic.

January Client Survey

Last year we piloted a survey to give us an idea if we are doing a good job and keeping our standards high. 

We will be sending out another one to all on our January 2023 clients, so their Integrated Body Dynamics experience is still fresh in their mind. 

All responses are entered into a draw and one lucky person will win a prize!

Classes

Towards the end of 2022, we were lucky to add two classes to our offering: 

Pilates on Monday mornings with Marla and Restorative Yoga on Wednesday evenings with Claire Whalley.

Increased Prices

Last October, we had to raise our prices.  Everything went up by £5.  As we outlined at the time, we were happy to accept pre-paid treatments at the old rate until the end of 2022.  

If you still have any remaining pre-paid treatments on your account that were bought at the old price, we are happy to accept them but we will ask you for any extra fiver to bring them up to the current prices.

Current prices are:

Initial Osteopathy Consultation (one hour)            £65

Osteopathy Follow up Treatment (45 minutes)     £55

All other therapies (one hour)                               £55

Prepaid Package - set of 3                                    £150

Prepaid Package - set of 5                                    £235

Prepaid Package - set of 10                                  £450

Concessionary rate                                                  £45

Referral/referee rate                                                £45
