March 2018 Newsletter

Hi All,

... Hot stone massage anybody?

So here we are at the so-called beginning of spring, but we haven’t felt this wintery in a long time! We are still open and happy to be helping our clients warm up their frostbitten muscles. Hopefully none of you have hurt yourselves in this slippery weather but if you have, we’re ready and waiting with a remedial massage.

Mothers’ Day Gift Vouchers

Sunday 11th March, Mothers’ Day, is fast approaching! We have gift vouchers available for all of our treatments, and you can even get discount sets of three, five and ten. Just pop in and pick one up from us this week. If you can't make it before the 11th, give us a call and we can send you a digital copy by email.

Birthdays!

March is a month of celebration here at Integrated Body Dynamics, as this month we will be celebrating Lisa’s, Joy’s, Robert’s, Suzi’s and Alla’s birthdays. We’re hoping they will all have wonderful days and are looking forward to celebrating with them when the moment comes. Speaking of birthdays – did you know that all of our clients get a £10 birthday voucher from us to be used within 1 month of their birthday. Has it been your birthday in the last few weeks? Will it be your birthday in March? Book your discounted birthday treatment with us now.

Therapist Updates

  • Rob and Katja have returned from their respective family holidays in Lanzarote, looking a little browner and a lot more relaxed. They did manage to find time to have lunch together…

  •
  • To make up for all his holidays, Robert will be working over the weekends this month, excluding the 10th/11th as it's his birthday. If you'd like to take the opportunity to book a rare weekend appointment with him, do so now!

  • Alla enjoyed and survived her first skiing holiday, and Justin is uninjured so far. But, he’s not back until this weekend, so we won’t speak too soon.

  • Lisa’s first training weekend as an NLP practitioner went very well, and she’s there again this weekend. She’s very excited to be qualified and start offering NLP here alongside all her fantastic massage treatments.

  • Alison will no longer be working on Wednesday afternoons, but you’ll still be able to see her on Monday evenings, Thursdays and alternate Saturdays.

Robert's Crowdfunding Campaign

As many of you are aware, Robert's other passion in life is his charity, Walking to Save Dogs, through which he campaigns against the dog meat trade. If you'd like to support him as he prepares for his Lands' End to John O'Groats walk this summer, or perhaps you'd like to get him a birthday present, why not donate to his crowdfunding campaign here. Visit his website for more information here.

That's it from us, but we hope you are all staying warm and safe in the snow, and look forward to seeing you back in the clinic for a treatment soon.
