Is Your Therapist Amazing? Refer a Friend for a £10* Discount on a one hour treatment. Tell your friends, family or colleagues about your therapist, and we’ll give them a £10 discount on their first treatment. And as a thank you, we’ll give you £10 off your next treatment too!
Just ask them to quote your name, and the name of your therapist when booking and your discounts will be applied. You can refer as many friends as you like and you’ll get a £10 discount for each one. So the more people you refer, the more discounted treatments you can have! It’s a win-win-win situation. Please call to make a booking and payment over the phone for the discount to be applied.

Birthday Discount

We like to celebrate as much as anybody else, and so as a birthday treat for all of our clients, you will receive a birthday email from us, giving you a one hour treatment of your choice where you only pay £50! (Offer excludes Osteopathy consultation).

*Please note that this offer is only valid for up to six weeks after your birthday. If you are already on our concessionary rate, please note that you will be exempt from this offer.

First Time Client?

When booking your first appointment with us, you will be asked for  payment up front to secure your booking in our extremely busy clinic. After the first visit, paying in advance for further appointments will not be necessary. Payments can be taken by card over the phone, or by cash or card in person at the clinic, or by bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy:

Clients are advised that in booking an appointment they are reserving a Therapist’s time exclusively for their treatment. We require 24 hours (1 working day’s) notice of cancellation of any appointment to avoid incurring the full cost of the booked treatment. The clinic reserves the right to charge for missed appointments and appointments that are changed or cancelled at less than 24hours’ notice
