Hi, my name is Jack – I’m 25 years old and practice as a level 4 Sports Massage therapist and currently an Osteopathic Student in my first year!

I have been involved with sports my whole life. As a player it was vital to keep my body in check! So I’ve been a big fan of manual therapy from a younger age. My mother is a massage therapist and has guided me through many injuries!

I had a leg break in 2023 that changed my path in the best way. I have always been curious and understanding of my body – but since this was my first serious injury – it changed the way I view manual intervention and the benefits it can have. I’ve been an MT for almost 2 years now and have decided to pursue a career in Osteopathy!
