Welcoming Autumn
A familiar face this Halloween

Our permanent resident—skeleton Oswald—remains stationed in the corridor, quietly observing clinic life and adding a subtle seasonal touch.
Once a massage therapist (or so the story goes), he’s now enjoying retirement: no bookings, no rush, just perfect posture and eternal patience.
Unmoved by the seasonal rush, he still manages to wish all our clients a very Happy Halloween— in his own silent way.

Seasonal wellness tip: Epsom salts
Epsom salt baths are a simple way to support muscle recovery and relaxation. Rich in magnesium, they’re often used to ease tension and promote better sleep.
We’ve added a new seasonal blend to our shelves: Winter Spices — a comforting mix of cinnamon, ginger, and spiced orange. It’s like autumn in a bath, gently warming the senses while magnesium works its magic beneath the surface.
